If you change your mind, or require a change of size please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order by getting in touch at hello@calacollective.com.

Items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Custom Range
As each piece is handmade with care, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch at hello@calacollective.com. We’ll be happy to make it right.
